    Completely disorganized. I live less than a block away and still can't bear to come here. The waits are extraordinary, even if you call ahead to see how far they are behind. Thought it might be better when they moved to the new facility, but not at all.

    Lack of communication has definitely made me annoyed. I also noticed that The receptionist talks to me over the phone and doesn't listen on what I want to say. Not impressed with their phone manner.
